GRADUATE TRADER’S JOURNEY AT IMC

The IMC journey commences with a seven-week global trading traineeship overseen by their experienced traders and technologists. During this period, new recruits will connect with graduates from all three IMC regions. They’ll then continue their training in the local office for an additional two months before joining a desk that aligns with their specific background and strengths. From there, the path is open-ended – IMC assists individuals in establishing their unique niche as they face new challenges and explore thrilling opportunities in IMC’s markets.
