Discovery Program: Capital Markets (On-site)

Are you interested in exploring career paths in investment finance? In Spring 2027, join us at Susquehanna to learn more about what a day in the life looks like for our Sell Side Research, Derivatives Sales, and ETF Sales teams. Through panel discussions, meet and greets with employees, and interactive gaming sessions, you’ll learn about different aspects of investment finance, and will get a sense of our unique culture. 

This opportunity is open to students who are planning to graduate in the winter of 2028 or the spring of 2029.

We are looking for students with a background and demonstrated interest in any of the following fields/majors:

• Finance
• Economics
• Math/Applied Math
• Statistics 
• Computer Science
• Engineering
