Job description

Overview

Are you interested in exploring career paths in investment finance? Join us at Susquehanna to learn more about what a day in the life looks like for our equity and macro analysts. Through panel discussions, meet and greets with employees, and interactive gaming sessions, you’ll experience our unique culture and learn how these analysts collaborate with traders. You’ll also explore how equity and macro analysts use quantitative and fundamental analysis to generate actionable trade ideas based on market news and events. Discovery Program events will also be inclusive of other roles at Susquehanna related to quantitative trading, offering a broader perspective on the teams and opportunities that support our trading efforts.

This opportunity is open to students who are planning to graduate in the winter of 2028 or the spring of 2029.

Applications will close November 16, 2026. We will be in touch in October regarding next steps for attendance.
