By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, contributors of content, and/or any other users of the Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current Service shall also be subject to these Terms. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website.

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

2.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited – accounts are for individual use only. The user who paid for the account is the only user allowed on that specific account
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy

4.2 Order Management

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. • The recurring price and your first renewal date are shown at checkout, and your order confirmation email states your next payment date
• To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before the renewal date. Cancelling after a renewal has been charged stops all future renewals, but the renewal already charged is not refunded and you keep access until the end of that period
• You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your account or by contacting us
• Cancellation takes effect immediately
• You retain access for the remainder of your paid period
• No partial refunds for unused time
• If you buy a new membership while you still have a current active membership, the leftover days will not be credited additional to the days of the new membership. Tradinginterview.com will not reimburse unused days
