1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trading Interview B.V. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) concerning your access to and use of the www.tradinginterview.com website and our e-learning services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, contributors of content, and/or any other users of the Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current Service shall also be subject to these Terms. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

2.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited – accounts are for individual use only. The user who paid for the account is the only user allowed on that specific account
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy

3. Service Description

Trading Interview B.V. provides:

• Online courses for trading interview preparation
• Assessment tools and practice materials
• Job listings and career resources

4. Purchases and Payment

4.1 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is processed securely through our payment providers
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases
• Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks

4.2 Order Management

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

4.3 Immediate Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to digital content. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge:

• Digital content is delivered instantly
• You can access the content immediately
• You waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law

4.4 Refund Policy

• You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your account or by contacting us
• Cancellation takes effect immediately
• You retain access for the remainder of your paid period
• No partial refunds for unused time
• If you buy a new membership while you still have a current active membership, the leftover days will not be credited additional to the days of the new membership. Tradinginterview.com will not reimburse unused days

4.6 Billing Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content on our Service, including but not limited to:

• Course materials and curricula
• Assessment games and tools (independently developed by Trading Interview B.V.)
• Graphics, logos, and designs
• Text, images, and videos

is owned by Trading Interview B.V. and protected by intellectual property laws. These proprietary tools are provided for student interview preparation only.

6.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Reverse engineer our assessment tools
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission

6.3 User Feedback and Suggestions

By sending us any ideas, suggestions, documents or proposals (“Feedback”), you agree that:

• Your Feedback does not contain the confidential or proprietary information of third parties
• We are under no obligation of confidentiality with respect to the Feedback
• We may have something similar to the Feedback already under consideration or in development
• You grant us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, prepare derivative works, publish, distribute and sublicense the Feedback
• You irrevocably waive any claims and assertions of any moral rights contained in such Feedback

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses, worms, or any other type of malicious code
• To collect or track the personal information of others
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• For any obscene or immoral purpose
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service
• To share accounts (accounts are for individual use only)

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

8. Content Policy

8.1 General Content Standards

Trading Interview has a content policy to preserve the quality of content on the website and to ensure users are connected with relevant, legitimate opportunities. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these policies without refund.

8.2 Prohibited Content

We don’t allow:

• Content that impersonates another person or organization
• Content intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead others
• False representation of employers or opportunities
• Fake or non-existent jobs, including postings primarily for collecting applicant information
• Keyword stuffing to manipulate search rankings
• Obscene, profane, or offensive language
• Promotional content disguised as job postings
• False location data
• Job postings requiring payment from applicants
• Unauthorized postings on behalf of organizations

8.3 Job Posting Requirements

Job postings must:

• Describe the open position with complete job descriptions
• Include qualifications needed
• Provide a way to apply (no external login requirements to view details)
• Not advertise events such as career fairs, in-house days, or masterclasses as job postings

8.4 Blog Content Quality

Blog postings undergo quality checks for content quality, spelling, and correctness. We will contact submitters if posts don’t meet requirements. We are not responsible for errors we don’t observe or any reputational damage from submitted content.

8.5 Legal Compliance

If we receive complaints that content may violate the law, we will take the content offline and discuss with the submitting party. Content will be removed if complaints are valid and no compliant updated version is provided.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Personal Data Processing

Your submission of personal information through the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR.

9.2 Data Transfer and Security

You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve:

• Transmissions over various networks
• Changes to conform to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

9.3 International Data Transfers

By using our Service, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States by our hosting provider under appropriate safeguards.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

• We are not responsible for the accuracy of job information
• We do not guarantee employment outcomes

11. Site Information and Accuracy

11.1 General Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information.

11.2 Historical Information

This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

12.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that:

• Your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free
• Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

12.2 No Warranties

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and all products and services delivered to you through the Service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

12.3 Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Trading Interview B.V., our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation:

• Lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs
• Any damages arising from your use of the Service or any products procured using the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content
• Any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of the Service

Even if advised of their possibility. Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Trading Interview B.V. and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party
• Your use of the Service

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and data
• You remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination
• All obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive

15. Governing Law and Disputes

15.1 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

• We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes
• All disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands
• You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by:

• Updating the “Effective Date” at the top
• Posting updates and/or changes to our website
• Sending an email notification for material changes

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

17. General Provisions

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms).

17.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

17.3 No Waiver

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

17.4 Headings

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

17.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.

18. Event Participation

In case there are complications related to events published on our platform, tradinginterview.com is not responsible. Events are published as requested by companies; we are not otherwise involved in their organization or execution.

19. User Comments and Submissions

If you send us comments, creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that:

• We may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and use your comments in any medium
• We are under no obligation to maintain comments in confidence, pay compensation, or respond
• We may monitor, edit or remove content we determine to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable
• Your comments will not violate any third-party rights
• Your comments will not contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or computer viruses
• You may not use false email addresses or mislead us about the origin of comments
• You are solely responsible for your comments and their accuracy

20. Affiliate Program Terms

20.1 Program Eligibility & Enrollment

• Minimum Age & Capacity – You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract.
• Application Review – We review each application and may accept or reject it at our sole discretion. Reasons for rejection include, but are not limited to, sites or channels that:
  • Contain hateful, illegal, adult, deceptive or spam content;
  • Infringe intellectual-property rights; or
  • Compete directly with our products or brand.
• Accurate Information – All information provided during enrollment and thereafter (e-mail, payout details, tax information, etc.) must be complete and accurate.

20.2 Referral Tracking & Cookie Window

• Unique Links – Referrals are tracked only through the unique links generated in your Affiliate Dashboard.
• Cookie Duration – The default tracking window is 30 days (or any other period we specify in the dashboard). If a prospect clears cookies, uses a different browser/device, or the cookie expires, no referral will be recorded.
• Last-Click Attribution – Where multiple affiliates refer the same user, the most recent valid referral link gets credit.

20.3 Commission Structure

• Rates – Base commission rates (percentage or flat) are displayed in your Affiliate Dashboard and may vary by product or promotion.
• Qualified Purchases – Commissions are earned only on net amounts actually received by us for first-time purchases made via a valid referral link, excluding VAT/GST, chargebacks, fraud, coupons exceeding 20 %, and subsequent renewals unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Self-Referrals Prohibited – Purchases made using your own referral link or by immediate family/household members do not qualify.
• Lifetime Value Programs – If we offer lifetime or recurring commissions, eligibility and percentages will be shown in the dashboard and may be modified with 30 days’ notice.

20.4 Payouts

• Threshold & Frequency – Payouts are processed once your cleared balance meets the threshold shown in the dashboard (default €50). Payments are issued monthly within 15 days after the end of each calendar month.
• Payment Method – We currently support PayPal payouts (or any method listed in the dashboard). Transaction fees are your responsibility.
• Reversals & Adjustments – We may deduct commissions for refunds, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or calculation errors at any time.

20.5 Promotion Guidelines

• Approved Channels – Blogs, social media, email newsletters (opt-in lists only), and paid ads that comply with these Terms.
• Prohibited Conduct
  • Spam (e.g., unsolicited email or messages, comment spam).
  • Misleading claims (e.g., “official partner” if untrue).
  • Coupon or voucher sites that publish unauthorized discounts.
  • Paid search bidding on our trademarks or misspellings.
  • Framing, cloaking, cookie stuffing, or any method that artificially generates clicks or sales.
• Brand Assets – You may use our logos and banners only as provided in the Affiliate Dashboard, unaltered, and solely to promote TradingInterview.com. All goodwill accrues to Trading Interview B.V.

20.6 Compliance, Taxes & Reporting

• Legal Compliance – You must follow all applicable laws and advertising regulations (e.g., GDPR, FTC endorsement guidelines). Include clear disclosures such as “(paid link)” or “I earn commissions.”
• Tax Obligations – You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes on commissions. We may withhold taxes as required by law.

20.7 Term, Modification & Termination

• Term – These Affiliate Terms apply from approval until terminated.
• Modification – We may update Program rules, commission rates, or cookie duration at any time by posting changes in the dashboard or these Terms. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
• Termination – We may suspend or terminate your affiliate status immediately for inactivity (12 months with no referrals), breach of these Terms, or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon termination, accrued but unpaid commissions under €50 are forfeited unless required by law.
• Effect of Termination – You must remove all affiliate links and cease using our brand assets. Sections relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, and liability survive termination.

20.8 Relationship of Parties

Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an agency, partnership, franchise, employment, or joint-venture relationship. You are an independent contractor; you may not act on our behalf or make commitments for us.

20.9 Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

The limitations of liability and indemnification clauses in Section 12 and Section 13 of the main Terms apply in full to your participation in the Program.

21. Trading Interview Math Trainer Mobile Application

These additional terms apply specifically to your use of the “Trading Interview Math Trainer” mobile application (the “App”). Where there is a conflict between this section and the general Terms, this section will govern your use of the App.

21.1 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an App account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your App account credentials.
• Only one account per person is permitted; sharing App accounts is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate App accounts that violate these Terms or are otherwise misused.

21.2 Acceptable Use

In addition to the general User Conduct and Prohibited Uses in Section 7, you agree NOT to:

• Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the App.
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate scores, streaks, achievements, or leaderboard rankings.
• Impersonate other users or use display names that are offensive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Attempt to access, probe, or interfere with other users’ data or App accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.

21.3 Leaderboards

• Your chosen display name may be visible to all users on public leaderboards within the App.
• We may remove, modify, or anonymize display names that are offensive, misleading, infringe rights, or violate these Terms.
• We reserve the right to remove fraudulent or suspicious scores and to suspend or ban accounts engaged in cheating or leaderboard manipulation.

21.4 Intellectual Property

• All App content, including but not limited to questions, algorithms, code, and design, is owned by Trading Interview B.V. or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the App or its content without our prior written permission.
• User-generated data within the App (such as your scores, progress, and preferences) remains your property; however, by using the App you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and use such data to operate, improve, and analyze the App, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

21.5 Service Availability

• The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may be subject to interruptions, errors, or downtime.
• We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App or specific features (including leaderboards or practice modes) at any time, with or without notice.
• We are not liable for any loss of data within the App. Where an export or backup feature is available, we recommend that you regularly back up your important data.

21.6 Disclaimers

• The App and its content are provided for educational and practice purposes only.
• Performance in the App does not guarantee any specific outcome or success in actual trading interviews or job applications.
• While we strive to provide high-quality questions and explanations, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any practice content for your particular situation.

21.7 Limitation of Liability

In addition to the limitations set out in Section 12, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading Interview B.V. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
• Loss of data, scores, achievements, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, bugs, or security incidents affecting the App.

To the extent that our liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability related to your use of the App shall in all cases be limited to the amount paid by you for use of the App (if any) in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

21.8 Account Termination

• You may delete your App account at any time via the App settings (where available) or by contacting us using the contact details below.
• We may suspend or terminate your App account at our discretion for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of the App.
• Upon termination of your App account, we will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including applicable retention and deletion periods.
