B2C2

B2C2 is a crypto-native trading firm serving institutional clients, founded in London in 2015 by Max Boonen and Ouziel Slama. It is one of the largest liquidity providers in crypto assets, offering OTC products, stablecoin swaps and market making with plug-and-play connectivity, short selling and post-trade settlement.

The firm states that “B2C2’s success is built on a foundation of proprietary crypto-native technology combined with an innovative range of products, making the firm the partner of choice for diverse institutions globally”. It deals exclusively with institutions and “does not transact with or provide any service to any retail investor or consumer”.

In December 2020 Japanese financial conglomerate SBI Holdings acquired a majority stake, making B2C2 part of one of the first traditional financial groups to run a crypto dealing desk. B2C2 is headquartered in London with offices in Jersey City, Tokyo, Singapore, Paris, Luxembourg and a technology hub in Poland.
