UTR8 was founded in 2011 as a proprietary trading firm by former Optiver partners and employees. The firm focuses on providing liquidity in various strategies while we maintain a continuous market presence on the most important exchanges around the world.

UTR8 has no clients and no external investors. All shareholders are actively working in the firm and we trade on own account and risk. As a market-making firm and liquidity provider UTR8 qualifies as one of the medium firms.
