In this blog, we’ll dive deep into the components of the Akuna Capital online assessments, designed to evaluate a wide range of skills. Akuna Capital’s website outlines their first-round process, which includes two distinct tests. We offer exercise materials that closely mimic the real tests, and they specifically focus on the three main elements of the assessment: the Akuna Math Test, Akuna Sequences, and a distinctive letter-betting game.

First Akuna Capital Online Assessment

Akuna Capital’s first online assessment includes both a mental math test and a sequences test. You must pass both to progress to the second assessment. We provide specific tools tailored to prepare you for Akuna’s math test and sequences test in our Company Preparations Course.

• Mental Math
  The Akuna Capital math test consists of 80 questions to be answered in 8 minutes. Note that this test differs significantly from the math tests of, for example, Optiver and All Options, which also feature 80 questions in 8 minutes.
• Sequences
  The Akuna Capital sequences test involves 24 questions over 12 minutes. These aren’t just numerical sequences; they may involve alphabetic order or even distances of planets from the sun.

Second Akuna Capital Online Assessment

If you pass the first online assessment, you get invited for their second test. This second test is not a common test and it’s most likely something you didn’t ever encounter before. Akuna constructed an original letter-betting game, which you can prepare for at our platform.

What’s Next?

The two online assessments mentioned above are the first part of the interview process. Next, you can expect the following:

• Step 2 – Recorded Video Interview
  If you advance to the next round, you will be invited to complete a very short recorded video interview. This gives them a chance to get to know you better and understand your thought process.
• Step 3 – Technical Interview
  If you pass the second round, there is a technical phone interview with one of their traders.
• Step 4 – Final Round
  If you made it this far, then you’ll get invited for their final rounds! Final round interviews are conducted in person or via video conference and last anywhere from 1 to 4 hours.
