Flow Trader’s final round interview is the final hurdle towards joining their trading team. Here, you will demonstrate not just your technical proficiency, but also your ability to thrive under pressure.

The process for the traditional trading roles and the digital assets trading role are similar. For the digital asset trading role, they’ll substitute cryptocurrencies in their ETF questions instead of companies from traditional markets.
