Round 1 – Online Assessment

Congratulations on advancing past the resume selection phase in your application for a role at Mako! This is where the interview process really kicks off.

The first challenge you will encounter is Mako’s online assessment, known as the Mako Aptitude Test. This test is designed to assess various skill sets. The questions are far from hard, however, you need to complete a total of 37 questions in just 15 minutes.
