Round 1 – Video Assessment

If you successfully passed the first round, you’ll get invited for the online video interview. If you’re expecting an HR interview like usual: it’s not. Often, the second round of an interview proces with trading firms is a one-on-one with the company’s recruiter. However, that will not be the case at IMC. They use an online environment (Spark Hire) where questions about your motivation show up in your screen. Next, you’ll be given time to answer them.
