The third round at Da Vinci is the technical interview. The founders of Da Vinci are ex-Optiver, and often people state that you recognise Da Vinci’s old-Optiver roots in both their culture and their recruitment process. In the third round, you’ll have a one on one with a trader. Just like in every round, you need to first introduce yourself and explain why youβre interested in the role and the firm. Prepare your questions for the traders beforehand as well, in case you end up out of inspiration during the interview. There is no bigger red flag than a candidate that has no questions for you.
