For the first round in All Options’s application process, you will be challenged by a series of tests in an online environment. It depends on the role you apply for which tests you have to take.
Note: We host all of All Options’ assessments, with the exception of the coding assignment. This means that if you apply for a (quant) trading role at All Options and receive an invitation for the online assessment, you will need to take this test on our assessment platform, and you’ll receive a personalized link for this purpose.
Is this simply a case of ‘monkey see, monkey do’? No, we believe that it’s not possible for an individual to prepare beyond their maximum potential. If you can ace the test with proper preparation, that’s fantastic! We consider a good learning curve to be just as important as innate talent.
