Mako Trading Interview Process
Mako’s interview process has the following components:
- Mako Aptitude Test – Mako’s Online Assessment
After candidates submit their C.V., Mako initiates the process by sending a short online aptitude test. This initial assessment aims to gauge the candidate’s basic skills and suitability for the role. Once the test results are reviewed, candidates are contacted with an update on the progress of their application. - First Round Interview
The first round of interviews is approximately 30 minutes long and involves a meeting with a member of Mako’s Human Resources and Graduate Recruitment team. During this session, candidates are asked questions about their educational background, competency-based scenarios, and their overall suitability for the role of Graduate Trader.
