This is a recorded (one-way) video interview on VidCruiter or HireVue: the questions appear on screen and you record your answers. Not every programme has one. The link can come about a week after the online tests. Expect questions about your motivation for Maven and for the role. It takes about 15 minutes and is rapid fire: besides the motivation questions, expect a few mental maths questions, one or two brain teasers and one or two probability questions, at about the level of the online tests.
