If you made it through the online assessment in the first round: congrats! The next step is the HR interview, a call with a member of the HR team. This round, positioned after the Online Assessment and before the Technical Interview, is designed to evaluate your personal motivations and cultural fit with the company. Expect general questions about your motivation and your CV, followed by a rapid-fire round of quick mental maths.
Candidates for the summer 2027 internship have no separate HR call: a few HR questions open their online technical interview. Prepare the motivation answers below for that interview and for the video introduction.
