Jane Street is known for its challenging interview processes. They only hire the best of the best, and this process starts with a series of (usually) three phone interviews.
In the first two interviews, you can expect the focus to be on probability questions. You will have the usual introduction where you present yourself to the recruiter, and there will be time for questions at the end. However, the main part of the interview typically does not include HR questions.
