Round 2 (& 3) – Behavioural- and Technical interview

The interview round at DRW combines behavioural and technical questions. The exact format depends on the role you’re applying for: for some roles, the behavioural and technical components are split into separate interviews, while for others, such as the Discovery Program, they’re combined into a single 30-minute session (roughly 15 minutes behavioural, 15 minutes technical). As in every interview round, you should start by introducing yourself and explaining your interest in the role and the firm. Prepare questions in advance to avoid running out of inspiration during the interview. Not having any questions is a significant red flag.
