The last stage is a panel interview with Mako’s Senior Traders. Expect maths and problem-solving questions, and questions about your motivation for trading and for Mako. Mako makes offers once all final interviews are complete, and all communication comes by email, so check your spam folder.
Just like in every round, start by introducing yourself and explaining why you’re interested in the role and the firm. Prepare your questions for the traders beforehand as well, in case you end up out of inspiration during the interview.
