Overview
Da Vinci's numerical quiz for Graduate Trader and Graduate Quant applications has 20 questions in 12 minutes: mental arithmetic, approximations and quick probability, without a calculator. You can take it only once, so practise until you are ready. Summer 2027 interns get a video introduction and an AI trading challenge instead.

Each correct answer adds one point.

Wrong answer
Each wrong answer subtracts one point, so only commit when you are confident.

Skipped
Skipped questions score nothing, neither for nor against you.
Your score is correct answers minus wrong answers across the 20 questions, with skips counting zero. Because a wrong answer costs a point, a wild guess is worse than skipping, but with only 36 seconds per question on average you cannot afford to hesitate either. Balance speed against accuracy the same way you would in the real assessment.
